Technical Support is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Emergency and after hours support is also available on a case by case basis.

All Colleton Software clients receive technical support. Colleton Software Billing clients receive support free of charge. Other clients are supported on a contract basis.
