Shift Manager Software contains user definable databases to provide unit inventory items and minimum amount requirements. A password set-up feature enables Unit Supervisors to customize their ambulance items specific to their unit. Crews are prompted to check each item, and supply and discrepancy lists are generated automatically. The information is then packaged by shift and transmitted to Headquarters. There, reports can be generated and information recalled as necessary. Information can be archived into zip files at the discretion of the Provider and stored for future reference.
